Guinness Nigeria Plc has delivered another strong quarter for the period ending June 30, 2026, maintaining its positive momentum through disciplined execution and operational excellence.

Revenue rose 20% to ₦142.27 billion, up from ₦118.66 billion in the corresponding period of 2025. This top-line expansion fueled a gross profit of ₦53.99 billion and an operating profit of ₦24.34 billion.

The beverage giant also bolstered its financial health by significantly reducing net finance costs from ₦4.61 billion to ₦1.75 billion.

Consequently, profit before tax jumped to ₦22.59 billion, while profit after tax surged 57% to ₦14.91 billion, up from ₦9.48 billion in Q2 2025. Reflecting this profitability, earnings per share climbed to ₦6.81 from ₦4.33.

Signaling firm confidence in its long-term growth and robust cash flow, the Board of Directors approved an additional interim dividend of ₦7 per ordinary share, amounting to approximately ₦15.33 billion. Combined with the earlier ₦2 payout, total interim dividends reach ₦9 per share for the period.
